She founded the academy in 2021 to share her love for culinary arts and inspire others to pursue their passion in the kitchen.
Driven by the desire to elevate the way we cook and revolutionize the culinary scene in Africa, her vision is to establish Beks Culinary Academy as the premier institution in the continent.
She graduated from the esteemed Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder, Colorado, where she earned a High Honors Diploma in Culinary Arts and Operations. This immersive experience further solidified her expertise and expanded her culinary knowledge.
