This course meets the needs of candidates who work or want to work as professional chefs in the catering and hospitality sectors.

It allows candidates to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the catering and hospitality.

  • Health and safety in catering and hospitality Healthier foods and special diets 

  • Catering operations, costs and menu planning Applying workplace skills 

  • Produce hot and cold desserts and puddings Produce paste products 

  • Produce biscuit, cake and sponge products Produce fermented dough products Relationships to other qualification

Duration : 3 months.

Start Date: 27th of June.

In Person Classes: Mondays and Tuesdays.

Time: Morning Session 9am-12pm

Evening Session 4pm-7pm
