Continental Cuisine
We teach you cooking and baking basics, techniques and methods of food preparation. We adopt a 100 percent hands-on -approach because we believe that there is no better way to gain a practical skill than to do it yourself. Our Listen, Learn and Prepare(LLP) teaching methodology ensures our students are able to produce good results immediately. They gain experience while learning. Our instructors demonstrate each meal preparation technique and students go to their own personalized workstation to recreate what was initially done by the instructor. On completion of this course , you would have gained a good knowledge of how to navigate your kitchen in a safe, secure and hygienic manner. You will have the skills and confidence to recreate meals you have learned.. You will be ready to explore a wide variety of continental cuisine without fear of failure.

This course was developed for anyone who wishes to cook or bake in the correct way. To make the best use of ingredients available and to achieve best results and appetizing food all the time. It is open to all men and women who wish to gain knowledge on how to run a successful kitchen.

Students are expected to make payments before the start date.
Once registered, we will contact you via email.
Students are expected to come in comfortable and appropriate attire for work in the kitchen.
Covered footwear is advised, preferably non-slip shoes.
Students can bring containers to take home their portion of food prepared.
What you should Note:
Use of face mask is preferred and we follow all COVID-19 protocols.
Beks Culinary will provide all ingredients , utensils and equipment.
Classes missed can only be made up at the convenience of the instructor and may attract an extra fee.
.It is mandatory for students to complete and submit all assignments in order to be awarded a certificate.
